Quick review for busy people

The hotel boasts a fantastic location next to Movie Towne, complete with shops and restaurants. The staff here are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, but I wish the gym was larger. A solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and comfort.

The service was fantastic as both my other half and I work in the Cruise line industry we were very impressed..Saloi..Luke and Josi Ann were fantastic they remembered our names greeted us every time..even when they were busy with other guests and Raceine our room attendant was great!

Wanted to Use the pool ...a little dirty..

The unit we got was newly remodelled and squeaky clean with local beer, updated design and a balcony.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The breakfast was superb and diverse.

The TV had cable but no channel listing. The A/C could be adjusted to be colder which was nice. The rooms were also modern but a little small. The bathroom was comfortable and modern. If you want food you have to order at the restaurant on the ground floor by the foyer and collect it yourself.

THERE IS NO ROOM SERVICE! THE FOOD WAS EXORBITANTLY EXPENSIVE! TV didn't have a channel listing to know which channel was which. The view from the window and mini balcony was bad. There was no good view from anywhere.

The hotel is in a perfect spot. Leave ur vehicle and walk to movie town where u can find almost anything.we received a nice sweet plate the night of our anniversary. It was appreciated

The room had an unwelcoming scent.I think the carpet stinked.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, a fantastic restaurant, and a 24-hour reception. During my first stay, the staff helped me retrieve documents I left behind, and every visit has been great. I'm coming back for a weekend!

Wish for more Vegan Options on Menu. Including Almond / Coconut Milk for lattes etc.

I liked the different room options, especially updated king room with comfy bed and all the modern amenities and balcony.

The check-in staff was hospitable, and they surprised us with a birthday cake and balloon for my son. He was like a king! The location is great, near shops and restaurants, and breakfast was lovely too.

Excellent service from the time we stepped in the door. We didn't even need to ask for extra towels. Delia our receptionist noted the size of our family and immediately stated that extra towels and a kettle would be sent up. Pool and the pool grounds were clean and well kept. Shortly after check in they called our room to make sure everything was satisfactory. Excellent customer service.

This was my first stay at the Marriott. The facility is very well kept and the staff is well trained. It's next door to movie towne so I had no problems with the location. Overall my experience was great and I'll defiantly stay here again.

Fantastic staff and cozy accommodations!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the staff were warm and cute, making me feel at home. The room was beautifully updated. The breakfast was a good experience with a wide array of delicious options to choose from. One area for improvement would be the gym. It's a bit small and could use more equipment to accommodate guests.

This hotel is by far the best choice for a stay in Pot of Spain. It was spotless with friendly and helpful staff. Being next to Movietowne, there is close, safe access to shops, cinema and other eating places.
